Have you recently upgraded ivtv and do you have a single PVR-150? I
think you have too many inputs defined - Tuner 1 and Television both
normally refer to the RF tuner on the card, not to different inputs.
You will also have a Composite and S-Video input.

If you have upgraded ivtv (tuner input name changed) you will probably
want to remove your capture card in mythtv-setup and re-add it so
MythTV is aware of the new input name.
