Not at all.

It just means that of the people who read the list (sometimes only once
or twice a week) and who might be interested, and who might have
something to contribute, and who might have a radio tuner, and who might
be interested...

Be patient, young man (and I am assuming you are a man and are young. I
might be wrong on some or all of these but all the signs point to it).
