I don't know exactly what that contains, but I can be pretty certain that it
does contain the protocol change, since that was done in 0.20-fixes fairly
soon after the release of 0.20.  You will need to upgrade your backend.  The
current stable ebuild for mythtv on Gentoo is 0.20_p12325, which will
definitely suffice.
