[mythtv-users] setup

I have just started to prepare to use mythtv and would welcome some
advice please. I use Ubuntu 7.04 and have a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T card.
I also ran sudo modprobe cx88_dvb before starting the backend setup.

Having read as much as I can find, using Google, on running setup, I
have met a problem for which I can find no answer. When I run Scan I see
lots of 100% signals, the signal/noise stays more or less constant at
50% what ever the signal strength, and no channels are found. What is
the best approach to trouble shoot this problem please?
