[mythtv-users] Xbox 360, MP4, and MythWeb

I've been on a quest to find a format compatible with my old XBOX front ends and the new XBOX 360. I've settled on XVID/AAC codecs in an MP4 format(ushare is able to share mp4 video with the 360 via upnp). HD recordings are resized to HRHD(960x540) to be compatible with the original XBOX with minimal loss of quality. After months of testing and digging, I *might* have found the holy grail script.

After recording(PVR150, HDHomeRun), a user job is kicked off to transcode the file and reinserts into mythtv. Thus far, I haven't seen any audio sync issues, but it's too early to claim 100% success. If anyone wants the scripts, I can post them.

My question is: when viewing the recordings through mythweb, mythweb is unable to create a screengrab of the MP4 transcodes. I get the following in the
 log:

########################################################################################
########################################################################################
2007-10-21 08:07:35.196 AFD Error: Could not find decoder for codec (AAC), ignoring.

2007-10-21 08:07:35.212 Run 'mythcommflag --file 1043_20070612095900.mp4 --rebuild' to fix.
2007-10-21 08:07:35.213 If that does not work and this is a .mpg file, try 'mythtranscode --mpeg2 --buildindex --allkeys -c 1043 -s 20070612095900'.

I also cannot build the index as suggested. Mythcommflag spits out the following:

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could create an index that NVP could read? I looked at the code a while back, but I didn't get anywhere. The inability to read the index slows down mythweb and causes excess junk in the log. It's don't need the fix, but it would be the icing on the cake.
