[mythtv-users] no channel lock

Tuned sccan doesn't work for me. When scanning from a source list it works. I 
see all channels but they can not be viewed in liveTV.

I found that the freqid in my channel tabel is set to NULL. I'm not sure if 
this is a problem though, but I expect some value there. I just don't know 
what mythtv expects there for my dvb-c card.
