Over the weekend I renamed my host from mammouth to the
fully qualified name. Remember my old master was
tomcat.foddy.home. I dumped and reloaded the database subbing
mammouth for tomcat. But the machine's "hostname" wasn't
fully qualified. I noticed a new set of settings in the database
for mammouth, as well as the old settings for mammouth.foddy.home.
After renaming the host back to a fully qualified, all the normal
master duties started happening. Obviously something in the
setup utility didn't get set correctly. I still can dump all the old
mammouth settings if someone wants to see them, otherwise
I'm happy to just have it logging, running mythfilldatabase, and
housekeeping.
