[mythtv-users] Mythfrontend on NVidia 8600GT - performance issue

Hello All,

I just made a new machine for my frontend. The goal was to be able to
watch HDTV, so the machine is quite powerful: iP35-based motehrboard,
Intel E6420 CPU and ASUS EN8600GT/HTDI video. It is running Fedora 7.

Despite all the machine's power I seem to have a performance problem
while playing live TV in Myth. Instead of having a smooth video I get
like a slide show. The output of mythfrontend is quite informative,
but I don't know how to correct the problem:

Oh! I'm using the latest driver from NVidia (100.14.19). Maybe that is
the problem... What should I change?

I tried searching the WEB for this problem but I didn't find anything
apropriate. Perhaps the search string was wrong... :)

Thanks in advance!
