I'm in Ontario so I can't speak for Quebec, but I didn't think Mr
Rogers' Neighbourhood had reached into Quebec yet... I thought they
had Videotron or somesuch? Again, not really speaking from any actual
experience... just mentioning a name I seem to recall hearing...

Maybe you need to search for "broadband" spelled in french? :)
