What's need to get this happening? I'm interested. Why is Fedora better
than CentOS then (or why was it chosen for Mythdora)? Is it simply
because the whole distribution is upgraded more often catering for newer
hardware etc?

I have a Mythdora install which installed pretty easily on my hardware
including things like my MCE remote, but would like the "stability" of a
CentOS install.
