AFAIK, there haven't been any issues between MythTV and PCI-E video cards'
TV-outs. As long as your window manager can be output over the TV-Out
connector, Myth should be able to, too.

I've got an nvidia 7300 which has svideo and component tv out, very nice for
my hdtv that doesn't have a digital port. Very easy to get going to using
Ubuntu 7.10.
