That's because of the nature of the PVR :) when you watch "LiveTV"
in Myth, it's recording a bit of the stream, and then playing it back.
What you're seeing on the screen will be at least a couple of seconds
behind actual live tv. You're using a PVR500, which introduces a bit
more delay because the card itself is buffering some video before it
passes on the MPEG stream to Myth.
So when you push a button on the remote, the cable box does respond
right away, but it takes time for the updated image to make its way
through the PVR500 to Myth and up onto the screen.
I hope I explained that reasonably well....
Just for fun I once connected my PS2 to my PVR250 and tried to play
GTA3. I didn't do very well... ;-)
