I might have had similar issues a few months back when I set up my first
multi-backend system... did you make sure and identify each system
uniquely when you ran mythtv-setup on each back end? The back end
tuners get tracked using their unique system identifiers... if you don't
make them unique, then the master server won't know which tuner
goes where.... It wasn't obvious ( to me... for the first time doing
a multi-backend-setup ) what the error was at first... once I configured
each backen with it's own name and re-setup the cards, then the
master backend reported each tuner with the correct box on the
