[mythtv-users] lirc not changing channels

MythBuntu logs to syslog, so I checked the log, and nothing looks out of the
ordinary.  All there i can see are messages about lircd accepting and
removing clients.

As for dmesg, it is clean too.

Unfortuneately, I do not have an IR receiver to generate a new
lircd.conffile.  The box I am trying to control is an RCA IP1000 for
TelusTV.  I am
unable to find anyone else's lircd.conf file for this box anywhere.
