Kinda like the "reschedule higher priority recordings to avoid
conflicts" flag that people seem to always set but don't actually want
it to happen and then complain it missed something that was set to
record and now Heroes is going to record in standard def on SciFi at
the end of the week instead of high-def on Monday. :)

It might be interesting to have some sort of conflict level setting.
For instance, "don't show me conflicts on programs whose priority is
less than x." Then it would be a global setting and probably much
easier to implement and no mucking about with existing recording rules.
