Are you sure that was your issue?  That's the first I've ever heard
that.  Everything I can recall ever reading indicated that the 5200
cards are perfectly fine for mythtv at HD resolutions.  I can't say
firsthand, as I have a GeForce 7100GS.  Since I needed PCI-e only
newer chipsets were an option for me.
