You need to have two different setups and swap mysql.txt for each one.

Basically, when you're connected to your lan, you use the lan-based 
backend and mySQL server.

When you're not connected, you use your own local backend and mysql server.

The big problem is replicating only those recordings and videos you have 
to your local SQL server.

I've not figured that one out, mostly because my SQL knowledge approaches 0.
