Thanks, I wasn't sure what that message meant.  Doing a bit more research it
looks like turning my ringbuffer size down may help (I had it turned up
while trying to fix some other issue but it's probably making this problem
worse).  I've noticed that this particular card model has a lot of issues
with switching between HD and SD capture.  I've already set my dvb_timeout
to 0 in my module options (per recommendations on the pchdtv forums) but
it's still not as stable as I'd like.

I'll try turning my ringbuffer down when I get home tonight and see if that
makes any noticeable improvement.
