I have decided that the card must not be capable so i am returning it.  When
I use my 6200 the BIOS loads at 1920x1080 and X works out of the box.  With
the 5200 it loads at 1920x720 in BIOS and cant get 1920x1080.  Im not sure
how anyone got this card to work.

Thanks for the tips tho.
