[mythtv-users] can't get nvidia to go at 50Hz

Well, being nvidia, the normal modelines aren't in my xorg.conf.
There's an option metamode 1280x1024_75 for my selected mode, which
I've tried changing to 1280x1024_50 with no success.

I think I used to understand X configuration until this nvidia crap
and it's nvidia_settings came along.
