No.  The OP wanted a way to ensure /all/ recordings end 1 minute late. 
The global values will be ignored for back-to-back recordings, so it
doesn't do what he wants.

BTW, Marc, you probably want a start early (startoffset) of -1 (start 1
minute late) so that you won't get conflicts due to your endlate of 1. 
And make sure you remember to enter start early/end late on new
recording rules, too.
