I am using nVidia's propretary driver. OpenArena and NeverPutt work very 
well. I'll look into verifying XvMC is working and report back.

I forgot to mention, and hope it doesn't matter, that my display is a 22" 
LCD panel with 1680x1050 pixels, so any HDTV image will have to be scaled.
