I have the same situation. Two PCIe x16  Slots with two passive
GeForce 7600GS cards. I have 4 monitors on these two cards with 2 X
servers running at the same time. To make performance better, I put
HOME directories for the two users on two different hard disks.  It is
working really great.

I had at first Myth running on the 2nd card, but I now have two
keyboards, two mouses and four monitors.
