How do the videos play in xine/mplayer/etc?  This will let you see if
it's a recording or a playback problem.

If the videos play INCORRECTLY in another player, the problem is in
recording.  For HD sources myth is simply dumping the mpeg stream to
disc, so it's likely a problem on the station's end.
