I've also got a One For All URC6131. I bought mine from somebody who'd
installed the JP1 interface for me. At one point there was a Web retailer who
was selling pre-upgraded remotes, but I don't recall the URL offhand and a
quick Google didn't find them. Maybe you'd have better luck.

The JP1 interface, BTW, enables a lot of fancy programming for remotes made by
a company called UEI and sold under various brands, most notably One For All
and Radio Shack. It's not very user-friendly, though; you've got to use some
rather complex programs, including an Excel spreadsheet, to do more than
trivial things. For more information, consult
http://www.hifi-remote.com/jp1/. Some UEI remotes come with a JP1 interface
pre-installed, but others (such as the URC6131, which is popular among DVR
users) don't.
