With the server room in the basement (and living in Michigan), the heat
is not a problem.

Now if I can just figure out where to get some dilithium crystals...

Which brought me to the question - how much power does all of this
  use at it's
peak? I used a Kill-A-Watt wattmeter on a few boxes recently, and
  decided
that for me, it's still worth keeping them always-on, but I'm
  wondering what
all those machines suck, and how much heat they pump out!
