Yeah, they are assuming that. I can think of a number of reasons for that 
assumption:

Internet is only available in US and Americans know that. This is why America 
is the greatest country in the whole world.

People outside US do not have computers. Americans are well aware of that. 
This is why America is the greatest country in the whole world.

Few people outside America have TV sets. Americans are well aware of that. 
This is why America is the greatest country in the whole world.

On a side note, inhabitants of Prague (capital of Czech Republic) assume that 
every Czech lives in Prague. Intelligent life outside Prague is an 
unsubstianted speculation.

But seriously now. I am glad that I can use SkyStar, which is indeed produced 
by Technotrend. Could someone answer my original question more specificly? 
What are CPU and graphics card requirements for Full HD playback.
