Make uninstall does not remove the old plugins. As a prior poster noted, 
you have to find and delete those by hand... or add a

rm -f /usr/local/lib/mythtv/plugins/*

line to your build script to ensure that when you start building 
mythplugins, the old ones get trashed. That's what I do. It's annoying 
to have a plugin show up in your theme when it will not work and you do 
not want it anyway..
