Live TV 'tunes' to a specific station when you start it.
There is a setting someplace that tells it what station to
tune too. I recall an issue with my box where the station
that It was supposed to tune to was wrong... and that
gave me issues... but I don't think it blew up.... I looked
and couldn't find the initial station setting. Maybe yours
is corrupt / wrong and when it tries to tune there you
get the error.
