You may be able to transcode to flash and stream from mythweb - that's
what I do at work through a tunneled SSH session.  With 768 upload, you
can get pretty good quality, though liveTV won't work that way.  I think
the SVN version of myth has a mythweb that has streaming capabilities, but
I'm not too familiar with it...
