There have been a lot of messages about this on the list.  A few days 
ago I posted a message about doing a 'yum update kernel' then doing your 
regular 'yum update'.  This fixed the problem for me and I didn't need 
to remove my kmdl's as others have suggested.  If this doesn't fix it 
for you try some of the other suggestions others have already written in 
this thread.  You can also search the list archives.  Here is a link
