Yes,

I am not sure if it is in .20 or not, but definitely in the trunk version.

Under setup->Media-Settings->Videos Settings->General Settings is a 
check box labeled:

DVD Bookmark Prompt

Enable that and select how many days you want to keep the bookmark for.
