[mythtv-users] All my unencrypted HD channels are in the 700s. Can Myth tune that high?

DT is digital.  All HD in the US is DT.  Some DT is HD.  So, to get
either HD or DT channels, you'll need a digital capture card.

And, as Daniel said, those channels are actually transmitted at much
lower frequencies than the channel number suggests--meaning it should
just work (even without modifying the source).  In digital TV, the
channel number is really nothing more than a "name" for the channel
that's easily typed on a remote with 10 buttons representing digits.

When you scan for the digital channels, though, depending on the
information your cable company puts in, the channel may not be given the
channel number that your cable company's STB uses.  If you feel you must
use the same channel number as the cable company's "made up" number, you
can simply change the channel number in mythtv-setup or MythWeb's
channel editor.  If, instead, you'd prefer to give WBZ channel number 4
(and you don't have any other channel using channel number 4), you can
do that, too.  (Basically, channel number means a lot less than most
people are trained to believe.)
