If the strength of Windows was based solely on "bringing computers to
people... without (them) having to learn the ins and outs of computers",
then Apple would rule the computer world.

So methinks there is a little more going on (like unfair marketing,
non-competitive techniques bordering on (if not actually) illegal,
strong-arming manufacturers, bribing purchasing decision makers...
