It's a lot easier to tell someone "clear out that field and let the
JobQueue do it's job" than to tell them "ok, you broke it, you need to
type in exactly this to get it working again... blah blah blah".

To be honest, I hate documenting things. :|  I'd just put a brief
explanation of the fields in the manual section and link to the
User Jobs page:  http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/User_Jobs

You could just say you can leave this field empty or put in a full
command including all arguments necessary to flag or transcode a
particular show.  You can give the two examples that I gave in the
post in this link showing how to use ionice to nice mythcommflag and
mythtranscode.
