I don't think there is an agreed, or legal, term for HD, is there? For
instance, cable companies can call their channels "HD" for really any
resolution (their goal being to squeeze as many channels they can).
Now, if the manual mentioned "ATSC", and didn't deliver to the ATSC
spec, that's a different story.
