This sounds like you have a location re-direct or a Rewrite going on.
Check your Rewrite rules in your Apache config for mythweb.  If in
doubt, post the whole thing here and we can take a look.  Also, make
sure there's no .htaccess files hanging around that may contain
Rewrite rules.
