It's not masked, but you have to do an overlay for nuvexport.  Nuvexport
0.5 is not in portage yet and nuvexport 0.4 keeps you from emerging
0.21, some funky dependency issues.  If you have any trouble I can send
you the ebuild for nuvexport 0.5 otherwise you are going to have to
create it yourself.
