[mythtv-users] good news about Nova-T-500 and 2.6.24 and newer

The issues that made the life of Nova-T-500 users hell (full USB
disconnects) when using kernel 2.6.24 and newer, have been solved.

The problem has been traced to a bug in the USB2 ECI code of the kernel
that was introduced in August 2007.

Ubuntu/Mythbuntu Hardy users have the fix in the 2.6.24-14 kernel released
yesterday.

A new kernel is also available for Fedora 8 2.6.24.4-64.fc8.

Other distros should be doing their own thing too.

I can once again recommend this DVB-T card.
