That did the trick! I am able to view h264/AAC encoded videos using
the internal player in myth.

Now comes my next problem - How can I rebuild the seek tables with
these new files? mythcommflag has this to say:

2008-04-04 01:54:47.931 AFD Error: Could not find codec parameters.
file was "/mnt/store/recordings/MXC-Republicans_vs._Democrats_vs._Third_Party.mp4".
2008-04-04 01:54:47.931 Couldn't open decoder for:
/mnt/store/recordings/MXC-Republicans_vs._Democrats_vs._Third_Party.mp4
Rebuilt

It seems to work - Can I just ignore that error and assume it has to
do with commercial flagging and not seek table rebuilding?
