[mythtv-users] dib0700 and USB disconnects / mt2060 I2C read failed

I'm going to upgrade from kernel 2.6.20 to 2.6.24, but while I do I
wanted to ask if anyone else has trouble after using a dib0700 based
DVB-T dongle for several hours?

I'm hitting http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7986 , which
never came to any real conclusion that I can see yet.

This dongle is a Leadtek Winfast DTV Dongle (STK7700P based).

I'm using dvb-usb-dib0700-03-pre1.fw.

This is a borrowed device - I plan to buy a DVB-T card myself soon. I
feel like I should go with a Hauppauge Nova-T 500, but this also being
a dib0700 device worries me.
