Well - Have some serious problems with my MythTV. It's lacking the
signal all the time.
And having got a clue about what going on:
I have a backend server running - No errors in the log on that.
I have a frontend running ind the livingroom (another machine)
after starting mythfrontend with mythfrontend -v all > frontend.log
where I get this error as the only error - but this error is constantly
even when the signal ain't lacking for 2 -3 min! !

The setup:
Backend server
Dell GX620 P4 3.2 HP - 4GB RAM 2TB harddisc and a Hauppauge PVR500
(dualtuner)
Frontend server:
Shuttle XPS AMD64 - 1,5GB RAM and running TVC from backend.
The Network is GB LAN so what could this be.
I have normally a satelite reciever connected to RGB - but hoped that
changing to SVIDEO would help - but it didn't. It still lacking sometimes.
This error have been there all the times _ But cannot find anywhere to
change this settings:
2008-04-08 20:09:15.257 MPEGRec(/dev/v4l/video0) Warning: Audio sample
rate 32000 Hz
is not supported by ivtv driver, using 48000 Hz instead.

ivtv drivers prior to 0.10.0 can cause lockups when
reading VBI. Drivers between 0.10.5 and 1.0.3+ do not
properly capture VBI data on PVR-250 and PVR-350 cards.
So have tested as I was tol earliere - look for interrupts:

When running a top from a console - I got over 1GB memory free - and no
used for swap!
So what could this problem be?
Cheers
Per Jørgensen
Well.
There's no messages in the syslog regarding to MythTV at all.
Unfortunably I'm leaving home for the weekend - So I'll look into it
monday - and post the messages in here !
Thanks for the suggestons - I'll hope it'll solve the problem!
