Yep, they show up fine in Mythweather, just not in Mythweb.  I just 
looked in that directory and I see 5 NortheastDopplerRadar1800* files 
and verified that they are JPEGs.  They're dated from 4/6/08 and are 
owned by apache.  Not sure why they're 3 days old, but they are.
