Yesterday I informed schedulesdirect (through the website) Spike TV moved
from ch.325 to 241 on Directv in my area. Within 15 min. I received a reply
from Robert Kulagowski saying "I've submitted this to TMS". I checked just
before I wrote this and it hasn't changed yet. I'll reply back when it does.
A little O.T. though, my kids like the old Star Trek DS9 shows that come on
at 2A.M. I was able to get around the problem by starting the recording
early and setting the Directv box to auto tune on time. It made me wonder if
it could be automated running a mysql statement changing the channel number
after the database update via cron. Its not worth it for this but maybe for
someone who's STB doesn't auto tune.
