[mythtv-users] terrible quality PVR-350 video playback

I've just upgraded my mythtv system to 0.21 (the -0.12 packages from
debian-multimedia), and now the video output has severely dropped in
quality.

I'm using a PVR-350 for output via Xv & the ivtv xdriver. It was working
perfectly fine until the upgrade, so it must be something in the mythtv
upgrade that broke it.

Any ideas how to fix it?
