[mythtv-users] ATSC/NTSC card parentid in 0.21

I have a pinnacle 800i card that can tune both ATSC and NTSC channels, but
only one at a time.
 
In 0.20 in the capturecard table there was a field called parentid that
seems to have told MYTHTV to only use on or the other of those tuners at a
time (basically it made the NTSC tuner subordinate to the ATSC tuner).
 
That seems to be gone after I upgraded to 0.21.
 
Can someone tell me the 0.21 way of doing the same thing?
