Configure the atrpms.net repository using the instructions on the
atrpms.net site. If you download the .repo file as per Jarod's guide
(which is hardcoded for only Fedora), yum will not see the
repositories for CentOS/RHEL.

Although the HOWTO is for Fedora users, almost all instructions will
work for CentOS/RHEL users (as the distros share a common parentage),
with only a few small differences. This is one of those :).
