[mythtv-users] Removing Commercials

I hit Z or END, and it loads the cut points. So now I have the red bars, now
how exactly do I cut out the commercials? In the menu when I'm at a cut
point I see:

Delete this cut point
Move this cut point to the current position
Flip directions - delete to the right
Insert a new cut point
