Another poster pointed you to the link. I found the link for my system
in their troubleshooting guide under "port 25 seems to be blocked".

I can't say about Comcast, I'm not on their system, but with my provider
the most basic business account runs about $50/month. Faster speeds and
static IPs increase the cost. I'm paying $79.95/month for two static IPs
and 3/1.5 speed (IOW my outbound is T1 speed, twice that inbound).

I'm aware that a lot of folks violate their agreement by running
servers, that doesn't make it right. Even if the cable company knows
folks are doing it, it's still a violation. Certainly you wouldn't get
very far complaining about it not working well.
