[mythtv-users] Streaming with mythweb on https

So mythweb says:

Many media players are incapable of playing files that are streamed from
https servers. If you run MythWeb over https, you may want to ALSO create
a non-ssl installation and check this box, which will force all streaming
downloads to go out over http instead.

ISTR a section in the wiki on how to do this.  I can't find it.  Anyone
have any suggestions on doing this securely?  I.e. only allowing the
stream over http and not allowing access to other parts of mythweb?
